Questions

Short answers

How much does it cost?

The OX Core is from $15 a month: one till, one user, one zone. Apps are connected separately, from $10 to $150. We'll show the exact price and kit after 5–7 questions about your business

How long does the launch take?

Usually one day. The AI onboarding gets to know the business in a conversation, creates the company, moves products, stock and customers — and suggests a plan. All sales channels at once take 2–4 weeks

Can we move data from 1C or Excel?

Yes. OX AI takes Excel, 1C (CommerceML) and exports from other systems: it maps the columns itself and shows faulty rows in red. It moves products with stock, services, customers with balances and bonuses, and the sales history

What happens if the internet goes down?

OX POS keeps selling without a connection: cashiers ring up receipts as usual. When the internet returns, every sale syncs with the back office by itself — nothing is lost

Do we need our own developer?

No. Payments, fiscalisation, marketplaces, messengers and delivery are switched on in the settings. And a module for your own process is built in Vibecode Studio in words — you describe the task, OX AI builds it

Does the system work in other countries?

Yes. One company holds zones: each with its own currency, rates and price-rounding rules, and inside them brands and stores. A new country, brand or outlet opens in 1–2 days — no second system needed
