Product Transfer Management

This feature allows for easy movement of products between different locations.

Transfer Order

You can grant access to your employees to view the warehouse status and create orders for the transfer of goods. After placing an order, the warehouse manager will receive a notification of a new request via SMS, email, or Telegram bot.

Sending for Transfer

The warehouse manager can arrange the transfer of goods using a barcode scanner or manual data entry. When using RFID technology, scanning can be done in one motion. Then a waybill is generated, which can be printed or downloaded.

Receiving Transfers

If it is necessary to match the transferred goods with the actual inventory, goods can be received using a barcode scanner, manual entry, or RFID scanner. At the end of the process, only the actually scanned products will be counted in the location's inventory.

Stock Inventory

Stock inventory can be conducted both at the warehouse and in the store. It is important to note that inventory does not require closing the store or stopping sales because the system takes into account sold goods.

Several employees can participate in the inventory, and the system displays how many products and which employees have scanned or manually entered.

For ease of use, products can be scanned using a barcode scanner, entered manually, or inventoried using an RFID reader.

There are two main methods of inventory:

Product Revaluation

Want to change the selling price?

Use the product revaluation feature where you can set a new price by changing the rate or markup. You can also upload an Excel file with barcodes and new selling prices.

Revaluation can be done at all locations or only selected ones. If you need to change the price of only a few products, simply find the product in the Product List section and double-click to change the selling price.

Adjusting Stock Quantity

Product Correction

Product correction allows you to adjust the quantity of product stock. With it, you can write off or increase the quantity of goods.

You can create a correction by uploading an Excel file and specifying the reason for the change in stock. After completing the inventory, a correction document is automatically generated, which records shortages and increases.

If you need to change the quantity of products, simply click on the quantity of the product in the Product List section.

Accounting and Sales of Weighted Products

Weighted Products

Do you have weighted products?

Specify weighted products in the system and export all weighted products with data to Excel. Then you can upload this document to the Weighing Equipment and print labels from it.

During sales, scan the printed label from the Weighing Equipment, and OX POS will automatically recognize the product and its selling weight.

Expiration Date Tracking in the OX System

Products with Expiry Dates

The OX system allows for effective management of goods with specified expiration dates.

Upon receipt of the product, you can specify its expiry date, providing opportunities for: managing stocks according to the expiration date, selecting expiration dates during inventory and transfers, selling goods considering their expiration date, and creating discounts on products whose expiration date is approaching.

Tracking goods by expiration date is especially useful for industries such as perfumery, cosmetics, food products, and many others.

Serial Number Tracking of Goods

Products with Serial Numbers

Do you sell products with unique serial numbers or IMEI codes?

You have two options for tracking them:

Tracking by Serial Numbers:

When receiving each product, its serial number must be specified. During movements, inventory, and sales, it is necessary to scan or select the corresponding serial number of the product.

Recording Serial Numbers at Sale:

Instead of tracking serial numbers for each product, you can simply record the serial number or IMEI code upon sale of the product. The serial number is attached to the product in the receipt, and you can view it in sales reports or directly in the receipt.
